I think you're being overly harsh tbh. I understand you're pissed as I would be but the colours are all custom and really you need to be there to ensure it's right 1st time. I know Nigel and if you are not happy he will redo them free of charge at his earliest available slot.

Don't rubbish what is a good service and one used be many other happy forum members.

ok, i've calmed down now

is just not a nice feeling when you wacked £30k on a car for it to not be how you want

I've spoken to Nige and we're trying to sort something out

I've reiterated to Nige and will say it here, I cannot say a bad thing about their workmanship, or service...they we're excellent in that regard ... but the colour is wrong

RANT OVER

I agree Dave, I've offered a concession to Nige that I take some responsibility that I wasnt there to agree the colour .... but when I spoke to him yesterday he said he'd made up a big batch of your colour

So I felt confident I could just let them get on with it

I'm not knocking, or bad mouthing their work at all

Just really really disappointed with how it looks

WTF... Not sure how that happened!

I left them to do mine, my mum sorted it for me and they turned out the right colour!

Hope you get it sorted.....

i actually think they look really good,I too wanted a colour similar to Daves but had to settle for the darker anthracite colour.I wasnt very sure to start with but i quite like it now, although i have kerbed 3 of them again since the refurb so may well go for another colour change in the new year

Wheels look nice and done well (by the looks of it). But its not the Audi Titanium finish. It looks more of a anthracite colour. The titanium finish needs to be Matt and colour code is 8AU..for that proper Titanium effect.
Money can't buy you love, but it can buy you a well sorted racecar

I've now spoken to Wheel Doctor and have arranged a time to re-do them

I just want to point out that they have been superb in resolving this, and their key concern is the happiness of their customers, and for that I can ask no more
