Detailing - something not new?

david7m - i can see where you're coming from however, i have spoken to a few detailers and will be getting my car done soon. its got a lot of swirl marks from 7 years worth of automated car washes. unfortunately i wont be having it done soon - to help you out with some pics and show the difference etc. however, i totally believe once a pro has spent time on the car it will look great again, i.e the paint work will glean as it should do.
