I've recently had had my RS2 done by Ed at Divine Detail, based near Coulsdon and thought I'd pass on a recommendation.

I have to say I found him to offer a highly professional, personal and also flexible service - he will work to your budget rather than just a flat rate card. He genuinely seems to care about what he does, and I am very pleased indeed with the results. Virtually all of the fine scratches have gone, and the paintwork (most of which is original) now really pops. Plus he'd added a protective treatment to ensure the bodywork and wheels stay that way.

Looks like he did a great job.

Might have to give him a go if my attempt with a polisher fails.
