Cleaning alloy wing mirrors

Post by barrybudden » Mon Jul 09, 2012 11:59 am

Hi,

My alloy mirrors are looking a bit tatty. What can I use to clean them up? Or is it a machine polish job?

Thanks.

take it they are looking pitted and salty....they come up pretty easily with almost anything polish wise mate but the best bet would be the Britemax metal twins....took me some time to get used to them but they do a sterling job....failing that use something like AG super Resin on a microfibre cloth....done a few of these and they do look a lot better when they are done....totally transform the look from the front....

HTH
