Permaguard and polish

Post by Blue_Thunder » Wed Nov 07, 2007 1:03 pm

A friend of mine recently bought a red Porsche 911, but the paint was quite faded and was beginning to look a little pink.

He got a local place to machine polish it, then one of these mobile outfits turned up and Permaguarded it. I've seen the car myself and it's now back to a stunning red. Only cost him £200 for the full treatment.

What i'm wanting to know is, what are the benefits of using a professional detailer over this? From what i've heard, £200 seems much cheaper than a full exterior detailing. Really couldn't fault the finish on the porker either.
