Spotting is a waste of time - BMW Blinkers fitted

Post by rs666 » Wed Mar 01, 2006 1:21 am

I am going to wear BMW driver blinkers from now on.

I have spotted 12 RSx's in the last 3 months and not got a single confirmed 'it was me'!

sod the observation, observation, observation regime...I may as well buy a BMW and fit the free blinkers! :FIREdevil:

I would imagine that the % of RS6 owners on this site is actually quite low compared to the number of cars sold in the UK.

Ahhh don't be like that!

I've spotted several cars and not had a response. I've also been spotted and responded.

BMW blinkers don't go with an RS6 grin .... 8)

For what it was worth I was actually actively looking out for your Avant the 2 times I was over in the Chester area.

I was hoping someone might have spotted me on my Teesside-Chester-Banbury-Teesside trip last Friday.

Rich.

I've only been spotted once and that was RS666 when mine was in the dealers for a service. I ran an S6 for two and a half years before my RS6 and that was as rare as hen's teeth (I never saw another on the road) and still never got spotted. I wonder if my S8 will be equally ignored?

Me thinks we're all too busy trying to econodrive with the paddle shifts, no hands for wave cuz of the positioning of the paddles. d'oh
RS6 (MRC'd with econodrive) is not just for Xmas
Toyota Aygo Platinum for minimising carbon footprint.
