Not sure... I'll keep an eye out for you. I'm in the goodwoord RS4, waiting for the wife to carry all the shopping, so I don't leave it for some tart to scrape it with her trolley...

Spotted again, same place, 11am-ish Sunday. SW mini-meet next Sunday by the parent + child spaces? ;-)
You never really learn to swear until you learn to drive.

RS4 - as standard as the day it was born

london... Not from Lots road, I'm SW11.

Steve - A local <beep> has nudged my back bumber trying to get into a space while I was away over the weekend, (nothing conclusive on my CCTV)

What would Mark charge for something like that - Ie too scratched to polish, but not "damage" as such - just on the corner of the bumper.

Cheers

Bob

Some <beep> has dented my front wing whilst parked in my street - do you know of anyone good in our area to get it fixed?

Avus RS4 parked about 3 along from you - had one of the guys washing it, and a bloody good job of it he did too....!

Mark generally charges about £130 per panel if you pay cash, nudge nudge, wink, wink. I know some bodyshops (e.g. Chipsaway in Battersea) will charge less for bumper corner damage as I think they feel they don't have to do a full bumper respray as the light doesn't reflect off it too obviously i.e. a "slight" paint mismatch blended in on a bumper corner is not as obvious as if it was in the middle of a straight panel. I'd rather have it done properly myself, so pay your money and take your choice (Chipsaway about £90 IIRC).

Hurlingham Coachworks on Carnwarth Road, next to the tile shops, behind PC World. Just rock up before 6pm and get Mark or Ciaran to look at it and give you a quote - great guys who are very helpful and the quotes they give are totally without obligation. If you mention the guy who drives the silver RS4 (i.e. me!) sent you, I'm sure it wouldn't hurt the price

mention me as well - he's just done some work for me!

Thought I'd share this with you. Northcote road having a coffee (I work hard, I know) A blonde lady reverses into a space big enough for an oil tanker, smashes into a parked 05 X5. Amazing enough to witness as it was, but she had parking sensors. I had to go and say something, so I asked her if her parking sensors actually worked, and she wimpered and I quote:

"Yes I think so, but I don't really know what they're for."

Abloodymazing.
