Hi guys!

Hope all is well

I have a 2007 RS4

Current problem is once you drive and come to a stop the RPMs go quite high sometimes to 2

I have got the code (P0017)

Crank Shaft Position-Cam Shaft Position Correlation Bank 1 Sensor A -Upper Limit exceeded

Please advise if this means it needs a new timing chain

I would be very happy if this can be a quick fix rather than a new timing chain
