That's my S3 parked up with Bath Audi. I drove the V10 down and the RS 4 back. Great convoy and blast down some A and B roads. V10 was really exciting and the s-tronic was marvellous.

Got some good videos there and back. On the A and B roads the V10 didn't leave the RS 4 and S3 too far behind. V10 is definitely a track car. You just get going and then have to slam the brakes.

Be interesting to see V10R8 vs C7RS6 acceleration as I don't reckon there's much in it

Did it at Millbrook...V10 was just a nose in front, V10+ would have the edge.

I had 155-160 in the V10 at Milbrook and 150 in the C7 (with 4 people on board and I messed the first gear change).

Ditto. Still impressive for a coffin lugger. And what's more you'll actually be able to listen to the radio/use the nav in the RS6.

Have to be quick on the paddles as that rev counter flies around in 1st and 2nd. Whiplash arrives if you aren't on it.

Sounds great from behind when the gear change is missed.

The whole nav/MMI on the R8 is turd.

That C7RS6 looks like it has just inseminated every car and woman within a 3 mile radius.
