UFO Spotted - VW XL-1 on the A5 north of Milton Keynes!!

Looked like that microcar Clarkson drove around Television Centre but with LED lights as it came towards me in the rain on Tuesday but no mistaking the car I poked around at Goodwood FOS when Steve Cropley was waiting to drive it up the hill.
