Digital Changeover

It's probably been raised before, but what happens to the people running analogue TV's in their cars.
Sorry, I'm in exactly that predicament now as the South West has already switched over. There are a few companies that can retro fit Digital receivers utilising the standard controls which is the route i'm gonna take.
