Hey RS6 people!

Just want to ask if anyone has the part number for the 2004 RS6 alternator at all and how much the part would cost? Is it a Bosch part? If someone also has an idea of how many hours labour charges are to replace on a RS6, then that would be great!

Talked to my Audi dealer and they want about the equivalent of UKP 600 to change and install!!

Just had mine replaced by an indi and they took 2 hours. Alternator is £270 + VAT. You can only get them as recon units from Audi, there are no aftermarket ones available.
