Main Dealer Let Down

Sorry just have to vent here for a second.

Today is my first dealing with an Audi Main Dealer, Hatfield Audi.

I am looking at installing my PSS9's this weekend so I ordered the replacement top mounts as per Rich_C's Sticky.

So I ordered them yesterday morning to pick up any time after 8.30am.
When I got there the guy only handed me 1 of the rear mounts and 2 of the fronts, when I questioned the guy why this happened he said he thought I only wanted one rear mount.
Two things, one I am 100% certain I ordered two of each and secondly, I was talking to him on the phone about swapping the DRC's over to Bilstein's and hence why I was ordering the replacement parts, so why would i order only one rear mount?!?

Grr, I know what happened, he F'ed up which everyone does, but I paid main deelar pricing because I wanted guaranteed Audi parts and hopefully (now dont laugh) the customer service to stop the specific above problems from happening.

I have to pick up the additional part tomorrow morning.
