They have introduced a scheme called Colbornes 4 Life which replaces the loyalty scheme they used to have.

To cut a long story short it costs nothing, gives you 10% discount on parts and 10-15% discount on labour, etc.

Five Oaks and I assume the rest of the Harwoods Audi franchises have run a similar scheme for the past couple of years called Quadra 4, very useful and they just automatically put it on cars which are 3 or more years old.

Really? I best ask them @ 5-Oaks next time I'm there, as they didn't mention it when I was buying up their stock of coil-packs...
