So I call my local Audi Dealer to buy Aero Wipers and arms for the RS6 to be told that they could not order parts without a chassis number.

I told the guy that he could search on the car and apologised as it would take him longer. He then told me that they never produced a V8 Allroad. 2 mins later he apologised.

Then he told me that my RS6 could not have been a 52 plate and that he was unsure about supplying parts for a car that were not meant for the car of that performance...2 mins later he apologised and that he was unaware the RS6 came out on a 52 plate.

What a complete turdy....

I think they all rely on the system too much and dont actually learn anything themselves,my local guys have been in the stores a while and are fairly good which is nice but rare
