another oil question

yes i know what you are all thinking. Well here goes . Castrol EDGE oil 5-30 w meets vw 504 -507. Any good for for B5 RS4? The only reason i am asking is because i saw it for sale and it was working out RIDICIOUSLY cheap for the 5 ltrs or so we need in our cars.
