MOT emissions

Just had another MOT done and passed 
However looking at the results, it appears that the critera has changed?
Last year the fast idle CO was <= 0.3% and for natural idle it was <=0.5%. However according to this year's sheet those values have been changed to 0.2% and 0.3% respectively.
