Re-setting ECU

Post by andrewlowe » Sat Apr 05, 2008 11:24 am

Hi, does any one have an idea of how to re-set the ECU on an RS6, I had to take out the passenger seat as the car had turned into a swimming pool from a flood from the pollen filter. The Air Bag light is on saying the voltage is down according to the manaul I have so I think a connection under the seat is not good but I will need to reset the ECU to get rid of the warning light on the dash. Regards Andrew

Need vagcom or other diag tools. See if anyone can help you close. If not where are you in the world?

I would hope anyone with Vag-Com in your area would be happy to do it.

I would but I'm in Cambridge.
