To those who have never tried ND before, you must ring them at your next renewal. It is so good to deal with a broker who is genuinely interested in getting AND keeping your business.

My quote experience wasn't anything to write about. Nothing impressive numbers wise and the appraoch was pretty much well that's the quote, take it or leave it.

In what way did they show an interest in getting your business?

I should add I wasn't necessarilly looking to sign up for the cheapest policy, but it did need to be competetive and I needed to hear valid reasons why I was paying more than other offers.

I'm with Noel Dazely, it's only been less than a year as esure, who I was with for many years, not unexpectedly wouldn't touch me with the RS4. So far, I've been happy, though I asked them if they did track day insurance and they don't, which is a bit of a pi$$er.

A couple of weeks back I hit a deer whilst in The Lakes and it caused a couple of grand’s worth of damage. I have to say, the guy at Noel Dazely claims department has been excellent. Having said that, though driveable, it's not been fixed yet, so I may be back with a different opinion later.

I guess you’ll get as many different opinions on insurers as the number of people you ask as everyone’s individual circumstances are so varied.

I have all our cars and house insured with ND - Great service. Most of my friends and family are insured with them also. Working with them on some outstanding claims, and they have been more than helpful.

I guess it depends on individual circumstances then.

I am on my second year with them now, not had any dealings with them other than to pay my premium but the premium is by far the cheapest I can get anywhere.

They never quoted me happy but it is always worth a punt at renewal as things do change.
