LOL, I remember using a similar piece of marketing material I used at Tondbridge Audi when I was unhappy with the treatment and service I received when I picked up my 2nd hand S4 a few years ago. I printed of Tonbridges website some phrase about "how every 2nd hand Audi car purchase experience should feel like buying a new one". I was confronted by the Sales Director who asked "where does it say that " so I showed him......"oh" ok sir...new wheels, keys, instrument cluster and panel and valet later...I'm a happy bunny.
