RS = Audi extracts cash from owners constantly

New to the RS ownership thingy and its an eye opener

£37 for a lower side front grill. Thats a lot of cash for a small amount of plastic.

Just been to Halfords for some wiper blades...'no sir they won't fit your right, we'll give you a refund'. Pop across the road to the Audi franchise and yep they confirm they are different on the RS6 and we'll have to order some. Can't tell me how much because the 'computer says no'!

Don't get me wrong the money isn't a problem but the general principle seems to be if you can afford the car we reckon you'll pay any amount for simple consumables. Can't really be justified can it? Just good business by Audi, can't knock that, but can't help feeling like they are taking the micky (and cash) out of me/us.

One of the reasons we can afford the cars is because we are astute with our hard earned, so when someone applies monopolistic pricing it grates with me.

The sportec ones were £150, so its very cheap i think.
But alas the parts i thought on the whole were really expensive, UNTIL i brought a porsche!
