Warranty woes with Glasgow Audi - Help

I had my car (B5 S4) booked in to Glasgow Audi for a MOT and to get a few other things looked at on the 30th of May. One of those things was the electronic rotation of my passenger side wing mirror (which was "stuttering" ). Anyway, they confirmed the fault and "condemned" my mirror. Only there were no other wing mirrors in stock so they ordered one...

My car was covered under Audi's extended warranty which finished mid June, however as they condemned the mirror during the warranty period they told me it was covered.

Fast forward to today (1/7/05) and after having previously contacting Glasgow Audi about progress on the mirror, I suddenly get told that they've now "lost" my job card and they now don't believe it's covered under warranty? !!!

I've arranged to go into the dealer on Monday after work to discuss... And they're going to re-inspect the mirror (why I don't know!).

Anyway, does anyone have a postal address for Audi UK that I can escalate poor dealer service to?

I know that Glasgow Audi have a very poor reputation for service, but I'm stunned at the tripe I've been fed from them today.. Not a happy chap! :x

When I has a little spat with the dealer over some warranty issues I found Audi Customer Services more than helpful :D Try 0800 699888 and see if they can help you too. They were an awful lot better than the dealer

Thanks guys, I'll give Glasgow Audi one more chance after work on Monday, then I'll have a word with customer services.

It's really frusrtating dealing with the Audi dealers, the cars are great but the service is frankly shocking..

Update - Spoke to Audi and now they've ordered in my parts for an install on Monday. Fingers crossed they it actually happens!

I'm still none the wiser as to why this whole mess happened in the first place!
