Yes! When they were called Scotts Audi.

They totaly had me over with my warranty. I bought a second hand S4 (modded) from them nearly 2 years ago. When i came to make a claim on the insurance, i was told by Audi that i was not covered. Not only because of the mods (which Scotts told me i was covered for) but also because they had not told the underwriters that it was an S4, they had it recorded as an A4 Avant.

I tried to get Scotts to sort it for me but they said that they were not responosible because the company had gone bust, they are now trading as Victoria Audi, with the same staff.

Steer well away from them is my personal view

Thanks - just taking the car in for a road test at this point but if I need any work doing on it I'll bear that in mind. I asked them how much a performance assessment would be......£130 i.e. an hour's work!

Agreed with above. When they were Scotts they were terrible, so rightly lost their franchise / went bust *

I think they're now part of the Aston Green group. I did phone them a while back and ask if they still did body repairs, the reply was "I don't know".

(* delete as applicable depending on who you talk to)

Best avoided.

Their charge was exactly twice any other dealers on labour.

Obviously some people in London don't have time to quickly shop around. I would also avoid Battersea and Whites Audi, both of which are poor in my opinion.

Went in this morning. They were pretty good - in at 8.30 with the car, a mechanic came straight out with me for half an hour road test. At the end of it all it seems that the groaning I occasionally hear from the car on start off doesnt seem to be the clutch/gearbox as I'd feared but most likely a warped/worn/rusted front brake disc. Cost me nothing anyway and the guy was really helpful and knowledgeable about the S4. Luck of the draw I guess.

:D On a postive note - Executive Audi in St Albans offers great service - well done - and No, I have no shares in the Company but I know the service manager - very pragmatic and has a sympathy for RS2's RS4's and the older cars
