Took mine to the dealer with warped discs, they took it under a sort of "being nice guarantee". The 1-year guarantee was past ; but as the car was bought in Germany and imported to Switzerland (as Swiss allotment was too small...) they made me pay a third of the price. Okay deal, I think.
