RS4 B9.5 strange exhaust sound when in RS1/2 modes on start up or low speeds

Hello -
I’ve noticed a strange sound coming from the exhaust system. This only happens when:
- One of RS1/2 modes are activated - I suspect when the flaps are open.
- On startup (as per video below)
- At low speeds when approaching a red light
- Then again when accelerating on a green light
Does not happen at all when accelerating or decelerating above 10mph.
I’ve recorded a short clip to describe the sound here - https://youtube.com/shorts/qLiP2Thou_8? ... gTbrI07P3s
I am posting here to see if anyone has any ideas what might be causing this. The car is just out of warranty (November 2021 manufacturing, just shy of 15k miles, serviced on time, looked after) so Audi want £150 for initial inspection and £250 per hour if further inspection is required, and this doesn’t even include the actual repair.
I am curious to get a fault code reader to see if that has any clues but not sure which one to get. But can discuss this option later. That’s currently where I am at.
Thank you!
