Hi Guys

Good news just purchased my first ever RS . Use to have a audi S3 8p model I believe. I have just confirmed a purchase of a used 2020 RS4 avant.

I have brought it from audi used approved and due to pickup next week.

They have just rang me to let me know as it's going through there workshop they noticed the previous owner had it remapped but then removed it before it was sold.

Will give you a breakdown of what I got

2020 carbon Black edition
Sport exhaust
Comfort and sound package
30000 miles
2 previous owners
£47000

Would you still go through with the purchase or should I back out , I believe audi give you a one year warranty.

Are you sure they will still honour the warranty? Any issues you have with the engine as far as I know will not be covered.
Personally I would look for another.

They have a 1 year warranty when you buy with them which they would honour.

I did ask him if it has been checked due to qesr and test that possibly could have been caused due to it being re mapped and he said it has they wouldn't sell a car if there was possibly any issues that could arise.

Could be worth asking what type of remap it had and for how long? Might give you an idea of how hard it was pushed. Great price for that spec tho.
