Renting winters

Hi all, I'm planning a trip to the French alps in February, and would love to drive rather than fly or take the train. I'll need winters (and potentially snow shoes / chains), but really only for this one 7 day trip.
Is there a service out there that would rent winter tyres for a short period of time? Failing that, a tyre fitting place that would store my summers for the rest of winter, then store the winters etc.
Based in East London, sadly without enough storage space to look after a set of tyres here.
