It seems even EVO staff are prone to being abused by audi dealers, in this months fast fleet section it took there dealers a full day to do half a service as they didn't have the spark plugs, and when he got the bill for they service (oil and plugs) at over £450 quid he was told thats what you get for having a flasah car!
Me thinks some people need to learn the full meaning of Customer Service!
