2013 c7 RS6 what spare wheel should be fitted?

Hi all,

The RS6 I have just bought doesn't have any sort of spare wheel or space saver wheel, what should it have?.

A can of gunk and a compressor. No spare from factory.

Thanks, it has a square compressor thing and 2 cans of gunk, it must be an upgraded model then to have 2 cans lol
