I did over 30k without any warping. It's not easy to warp modern discs. You concerned about warping or pad reside that most people think is warping?

It’s juddering on light braking. On heavy braking it’s fine. I know the c7 rs6 is renowned for the discs warping

The RS6 is not renowned for warping discs, this is a common misconception. The vast majority of people with issues have a little pad residue on the discs, most usually due to not being used heavily enough. A good thrashing should help cure the problem. I recall a couple of people on here that have insisted their discs were warped and had that verified but I think this is quite rare. The symptoms you describe sounds like pad residue to me. I've had warped discs before (on an old Alfa) and they shake the car to pieces and get worse on heavy braking and high speed. And I've had pad residue on an RS4. I couldn't feel it when braking heavily and a good session would normally help clear the problem.

Definitely not warped if you don't get any juddering at high speed. Get them warmed up and give them a good thrashing. A couple of high speed stops should do it.
