I've got a 2009 RS6 and have recently developed an issue with the MMI I'm hoping somebody can give me a heads up on. Essentially I've lost audio on DAB. Was working fine, then stopped. I've done a re-tune and have listed stations as before. Have done a re-set also but still no joy. Everything else works fine radio, media and tel. Any suggestions?..

I had the same problem with an RNS510 on a VW a few years ago. Completely lost audio (not only DAB audio).

I had to download and reinstall an updated firmware via DVD. Local VW-Audi dealer was asking me 1500Eur for a new RNS510.
