Hello RS246 guys and gals
I am new to the forum, and thank for allowing me to join.
I'm gearing up to buy a 2014 RS4 Avant, and would like to ask you all if there are any known common faults I need to look out for or be aware of and prepared to shell out for.
The car I'm looking at is from an Audi main dealer, but will be my daily driver and she'll be getting a lot of miles put on her, far in excess of any warrantee that I'll get offered on a 5 year old car.
The car has 48k miles on the clock, and FASH drives great.
If anyone could offer any advice, I would really appreciate it.
Looking forward to being part of this forum if all goes to plan!
Thank you in advance,
Scooby.

Re: B8 RS4 buying advice please.
Welcome to the club!
Hope i can help you with my experience. I'm currently owning a RS4 B7 saloon but one of my mates have an audi rs4 2014 avant.
It's a great car and have a lot of space , great handling , and nice sound if you put an aftermarket exhaust on it.
The only issues was the R tronic ECU and got replaced under warrantee.
He sold the car because he wanted to buy an RS5.
It's a great car and with coilovers the handling become better.
Hope my info can help you
