Since PXing my B7 RS4 I've found out that the dealer I bought it from sold it to me in the knowledge that it was missing the tray from the underside of the front of the engine bay. When I informed the dealer of this they replied to say that they'd ordered a replacement from eBay. Unfortunately they ordered one of the cheap knock-offs that don't fit the RS4 even though the sellers claim they do.
I informed the client manager at the dealership that he'd ordered the wrong one on Monday this week. 48 hours later, with no reply, I forwarded the message to the MD (their recommended procedure).
How long do you think it's reasonable to give the MD to respond before going to the next stage?
Cheers.
