Audi Connect Data Only SIM

Just registered my interest in Audi Connect on my 2014 S6 Avant. I have to buy a Data only SIM. Can anyone suggest a Telecom company with a PAYG Data only Sim for the MMI head unit.
I have no idea what MB's are needed

I use about 1gb a month (1k miles) and use tesco as it has a cap. I actually prefer the traffic view over the google maps and this cuts consumption considerably.

I have a monthly contract with Three - but it's unlimited data and 30GB of tethered data(you can connect other devices and use the data) all for £20 monthly
My kids use a lot of it when in the car and I can always take the SIM and stick it in the tablet and use it anywhere I want.
