Rs4 b7 hardline brake line size and help!

I've been attempting to fit braided brake lines and one on the nuts it's f@#cked, I've ended up having to cut the hard beak line and I'm now going to have to join it. Does anyone know the sizes of the pipe used and any other information that might help me?
