4.2 FSI V8 engine failures

As per the subject title - has anyone experienced, or know of any major engine failures on the 4.2 FSI V8 - as used in the B7 RS4 and R8?

Its been covered before, try searching in B7 forum.

I tried the search - and didn't find anything! :thumbsdown:
