Warranty work all done, one day ahead of schedule.
Clean inside and out.
Even a 'Good afternoon Mr Wyatt' as I walked into the showroom.
Two new turbos, two new manifolds, both lower rear suspension links, washer level sender, new door lock.
End of warranty invoice attached.....

not too good a copy (only got the pink copy) and can't be arsed to get the scanner out again.....
basically:
parts 2137.39
discount 574.63
labour 1380.24
total 3517.63

takes my warranty work to about £13-14k over two years.

Did you car still have its warranty when you took it in?
All that money on repairs eeek! maybe i should look into extending my S3 warranty when it expires!

Yes, all paid for by them
It run out about two weeks ago, and the extension is the only thing I didn't ask them about today.

Hey Howard,

Seems like : Two new turbos, two new manifolds, both lower rear suspension links, washer level sender, new door lock.

Not a bad warranty claim if you ask me

anyone think that its sometimes in the dealers interest to find warranty work that needs to be done on your car?

Not saying thats the case with Pauls car though

Paul, the "discount" is presemably because Executive Audi don't make a profit on warranty work - is that a correct assumption?

And does anyone have an Audi "rate card" for work on an S4, for example, engine out, turbos replaced, total labour in hours X=hours?

This information would be very useful indeed to me

Thanks,
