Been thinking about the v6 3.0 supercharged S4/S5 saloon over my RS, am I nuts and should I just "drive it more" I'm trying to convince myself, new tech, paddle shift, MRC remap etc etc. Someone talk sense to me!

You're not mad, it's very, very compelling if you're open to tuning (provided it had got ADS). Keeping it stock, go the RS.
