I can't comment on their aftersales yet as I've only had the car 3 days, but from what I've seen Coulsdon seem to be a very professional dealership with friendly staff.

I've just bought my used TTRS from Coulsdon Audi, and have to say the service provided throughout was excellent. The sales executive Jed Callan could not do enough for me and went out of his way on several occasions to make the whole process as easy/pleasurable for me as possible. Really down to earth & genuine guy too…if only all salesmen were as good as him.
