I've purchased a car from them beofre and had it serviced and was satisfied with the service so I thought I'd trust them with my RS6...big mistake..Aylesbury Audi are to be avoided if you want your S or RS serviced...I don't think they get many RS's so the techs take them on 20 mile road tests and it appears they check that the accelerator works in the wide open position only...I had a large box in the boot up against the back seat when it went for the service and when it came back it was on its side against the tailgate with the contents all over the place. Also the MPG had been reduced by around 1mpg..which doesn't sound much, but when you think that was over just 20 miles makes me wonder. I also asked them to check the DRC as the ride quality has been getting bad..the service guy had no idea what DRC was so I said "suspension" and his answer was "its sport suspension sir, it's supposed to be firm"...WTF??..
Anyway, rant over

Harold Wood Audi

Sales / Finance 10/10
Aftersales 8/10
Servicing 6/10

Tyneside Audi

Sales / Finance 4/10
(only this because of one sales consultant who is trying his best)
Aftersales 4/10
Servicing 6/10
(again only because of the technicians there, otherwise would have been 0/10)

Newcastle Audi

Sales / Finance 1/10
(Arrogant Tossers, yes people in less than Armani suits can afford £50k RS4's!!)
Aftersales N/A
(as haven't bought a car from them because of the above)
Servicing 6/10
(decent price and staff and technicians are v.friendly and helpful, just the franchise policy sucks and they don't know RS warranty procedure)

Both Newcastle and Tyneside are owned by Colebrook & Burgess who also own Wearside and Teesside and I have an additional category for their own 'Audi Approved' bodyshop on the TTTE

Paint / Bodyshop 0/10
(I'd be better getting a can of mismatched spray paint from Halfords, painting it myself and then getting a blind man to fit the parts back to my car.)

Paid for parts only so was very happy as the encoding was done FOC = total cost of £105 inc VAT

Service 10/10 - David who looked after me was very helpful, complementary and his knowledge of the B5 S4 was good

I've found Chester to be excellent, in fact I'd go as far as saying one of the reasons I traded in a 911 C4S for an RS4 was the service I've had from Chester Audi over the years on an A2, 2 x S3 and an S4. A couple of the service guys there seem to be genuinely passionate about customer service and making sure you leave happy with your car. I've found the techs to be knowledgeable and friendly. One of the very few downsides about Chester is the lack of parking onsite leading to chaos dropping off or picking up your car, but in the next month or two they move to a new site on the Cheshire Oaks park next door to Chester Porsche, and apparently that will have adequate parking.
I echo what flashyg said above, sometimes, they do almost feel like friends and that is something I've never experienced with any other dealer, certainly not the OPC's
Current - Triumph Stag, Mazda Bongo, Nissan X-Trail, C7 RS6 PE
Previous -B8 RS4, B7 RS4, 911 C4S, S4, S3's, 318is, 200SX, Primera eGT, Sunny ZX, Escorts, Fiestas....
