Cleaned the Maf last night using an old tin of IPA that i had lying about. Its an awkward sensor to remove, as i only had allen key shaped security Torx, normal ones would be fine. The sensor looked pretty clean and there didnt appear to be any oil mist on the inside of the tube it sits in. Few quick blasts with ipa and left to dry for 15mins.

Car seems to be running fine, didnt notice anything majorly different, but will see if the mpg improves any over the next few fill ups.

Good to do for piece of mind though..
