I'll do a better copy of the invoice tomorrow. (get the image to the correct size before downgrading to 50kb )
I'm not sure how the lines on the invoice exactly work. If they are minutes by each mechanic, then doing quick sums it works out at a labour rate of £38. I guess that's not correct as I thought it was about £70 per hour.
We'll see tomorrow.

When I first had my old A4 serviced there, I noticed a 'privilege card'. Buy now for £40, and you get 10% off parts and also includes a free MOT. It paid for itself on my first few services and continues to help contribute every time.

Privilege Card for 0nly £40, now that's really worth having. I wonder if any of the other dealers are doing it or perhaps I'll have to get myself along to Executive Audi

Looking forward to seeing the itemised bill.

Finally, is Executive Audi the only dealer who produces an invoice for warranty work? I remember in the good old days of warranty my S4 had warranty work undertaken but I never saw an invoice.
