They said they can't look into the dealership data from another franchise. Is that correct?
My concern is I made the cambelt change a condition of sale and the selling dealer assured my they had done it. When talking to another dealer about the impeding service he said there is no record of the cambelt being done on Dialogue. They made no mention of not being able to see another dealerships data.
So one dealer says it hasn't been done with no mention of not being able to see the data. Another says its not possible to see the data and I don't feel I can trust the original dealer as there is too much at stake if they have made a 'mistake'

Can anyone here clear up whether Dialogue is a national unrestricted database? Working in IT I know its technically possible, but could understand if Audi segregate the data.
Is it time for a call to orginal dealer or just go straight to Audi CS?
