Ventured west to Banbury on Friday and got Doug to deal with some routine-ish maintenance (cambelt, front discs and new fuel lines) on the RS2. Great to be able to take the car to someone I trust who knows about RS2s.
The car's going really well - will definitely be back in the summer when the next service is due!

RE: MRC Tuning - Thank you Doug
Sorry if this seems a stupid question, so MRC do routine servicing as well as tuning? If so, do people think it's worth a look for my 80k service which is due within the next 10k miles? I've got the mondial warrantee, but I'm assuming it shouldn't affect it in any way? Would be nice to have it serviced by people who genuinely care about the car, and also to have it checked over by a knowing eye to look for any other issues. Anyone's experiences/suggestoins would be most welcome!

Re: RE: MRC Tuning - Thank you Doug
My car is standard and there are no plans for any performance upgrades. MRC were happy to quote for the routine work and carry it out. I do like the fact that they know about my car, unlike the local Audi dealers! Give Doug or Mihnea a call.TWH wrote:Sorry if this seems a stupid question, so MRC do routine servicing as well as tuning? Having seen a number of S2 coupes in MRC's workshop, the idea of an S2 coupe to upgrade has resurfaced LOL. Can't really justify adding to the car pool at the moment though.
