Decent Midlands main dealer?

Got a couple of warranty things that I want to discuss with a dealer, so looking for recommendations of a decent dealer to deal with. Hopefully not one that will try to fob me off ("they all so that sir" boll ox) / can't be bothered to really look into it / doesn't deal with many S/RS cars, etc.

Coventry or Birmingham (Solihull) are both fairly near, but could go to others (within a reasonable distance of Coventry) if better.

Any recommendations? Thanks.

Stafford (who are site sponsers) are shocking, really bad. (used them last year, and NEVER again)
Halesowen weren't good when I used them (last time was around 6 years ago) but heard they are getting better.
Wolverhampton were as bad a Stafford but this was around 7 years ago.
Think some of the B7 lads have used Brum Audi but I've only heard bad press apart from them.
Don't know anything about Cov Audi.

Lets put it this way. There's a guy I know who sends his Audi down London (or London way) and he is from the Midlands.

Thanks, useful. Bit concerning that Stafford, who promote themselves as RS specialists, are that bad!!

Not really any decent recommendations then! Guess I may try Cov then, on the basis that they are the nearest, and as least you haven't said anything negative about them...

Might be too late for you, but i have ordered from jct600 in Lincoln. Dealt with Niall on the RS4.
I have had to chase them up a few times, they are not always forward with information, but no complaints so far. Both cars due first week of Jan, so hopefully they will continue to be efficient.
They also do deals.
