Body shop in east London

Anyone have any to recommend or avoid? I'm based in docklands, so anywhere from here to the m25 or thereabouts really.

I am unfortunately after damaging the rear bumper on my c6 rs6 avant, hit a round pillar at low speed reversing into a narrow garage. it has creased just before where it meets the bodywork below the tail light, so imagine it will have to be replaced ... On the plus side there doesn't appear to be any other damage.

Balgores, Harold Wood is the Essex Audi Group body Shop. They've done a couple of jobs for me, not cheap but not horrendous either.

Gonella Brothers in Catford SE6...traditionally look after Italian cars but have a great bodyshop and are very good guys.

Just had a side panel replaced by phirm fx in Hampshire. A bit far, but worth looking into. Works looks to have been done very well and the colour match is spot on. Price was good too.
