Anyone got any positive / negative feedback about the Audi dealers around the area as I've got a service up in about 600 miles? I used Reading Audi for my S3 and they seemed fine?

Just thought I'd put in a good word for Reading Audi. Just had the service done (yearly service @ 53K), turns out 3 of my wheels were bent, so they'll be replaced tomorrow - they handled all the paperwork for me and it's been a quick turn around.
They also want it back to find out what's causing a whirring sound in the transmission so the entire gearbox is coming apart! £400 I didn't think was too bad as it included a brake fluid change and I forgot to take my own oil in - DOH! However they did leave a full bottle of Mobil in the back of the car so I got a little back!!
All in all, a pleasant experience. Plus, apparently my low horn isn't working which is a relief to find out cause it did sound very gay (did stop me using it so frequently though
)
