Not our cars then. Both the Audis (S3 and RS2) are around the £800 mark with Frizzells - probably could have got them cheaper but not with same level of cover. And of course the economical little diesel is miles cheaper.

£1600 for a 1.5dci renault clio

That's a pretty good bid for highest cost per bhp I reckon. I assume your hobbies include joyriding and amateur stunt work.

Hope it gets better in years to come.
Cheers, Richard
(paying £710 for my RS4 - but I am an old git).

tell me about it, I could have got it cheaper with the missus working at direct line, but I wouldn't insure a plant pot with them personaly.

I've just had a young lass in for a quote, she has just wrote her car off, but they through it out because she had citroen optional alloys fitted to the car (a saxo). Even though she would have still hit the wall with steelys on. bang out of order if you ask me!

I'm also a 19 year old student, and I've not heard anyone beat my quotes for the old mini I had. 93hp it must be said, but all straight from the factory, well, from John Cooper anyway. Fully comp I would have been looking at about £5,500 at best. I eventually went for TPFT but even that was £1,500. Living in a nice area in Surrey, 2 years NCB, 2 years licence, no claims, no convictions etc. etc. Anybody beat that? I hope not!!! Incidentally, I'm now running a BMW 5 series for £800 per year, go figure!

Rock on
