Hull Audi - I've only used them for the odd quick oil and filter change before getting the ferry but they have always been professional and I was thrilled to receive a tin of travel sweets for my two week European tour.
I will second Harrogate Audi. Managed to look after my RS2 on a few occasions. Helped to have an S2 forum member on the mechanic team.

Apart from a couple of minor hiccups, I've always found Newbury OK (pre/post sales and servicing) ...

Like Vorsprung I too was impressed by Carlisle Audi's friendliness and helpfulness.
Good job, really, since I travelled 350 miles to buy my car from them!

Yeovil Audi gets my vote!
I had my previous RS4 B5 serviced there for a few years and never once had a bad experience. Always very helpful, often gave a discount on parts and knowledgeable about the car. Would pick me up and drop me back home if there wasn't a courtesy car too. Pete, the servicing assitant manager was first class.

Now that i have moved north of the border I am looking for something similar unfortunately Ayr Audi, in my humble opinion, haven't a clue.
B5 RS4 - Misano, (fastest colour!!) - weekend runner

+1 for Yeovil

They've always been really helpful for me, including resetting a fault code for free prior to a long journey (when I got to my destination neither of the two dealerships up there would do it - both said they'd need the car for 1.5 hours for a diagnostic check!).

They did do my 4 wheel alignment incorrectly first time (put that down to it being a young tech), but put it right quickly when I pointed it out.

Also, the parts guy there has been really good, I seem to get a discount on quite a few of the parts I buy, and he's always willing to dig around to find part numbers etc. for me.

Not had any really S/RS specific work done there, so I can't comment on that, but for customer service it's an A+

further +1 for Yeovil. Looked after my C5 RS6 & V10 S8 over last 7 years and now have the Plus to look after. Pete Withers the service manager really knows his stuff, regularly offers discounts and provides a first class service. Prices are sufficiently cheaper than those in and around London to more than cover the petrol!
