S6 C5 gearbox oil change

Hi

I'm thinking of getting the oil changed and also having some Lucas Stop Slip additive to my automatic gearbox that has now covered 150K. I was wondering how involved it is to change the gearbox oil and if i would get stung at a garage to have it done? Just not sure how easy it is to do.
